God Bless! through the looking glass – Paris Olympia – 24 May 1966.
Out for a stroll on Princes Street in Edinburgh – 20 May 1966. Note the autograph hounds, each with a collection book in grubby hands, keeping pace and nipping at the heels of our intrepid hero. We always looked in amazement at the photos of the young Liverpool kids – how totally oblivious they were of their playmate’s notoriety. Yet, with many of their older sisters and brothers, it was likely a much different story.

“Dear Jerry, Well the year’s almost all over now, huh. Remember the “sessions” down at Colliers. Keep practicing the guitar and maybe someday you’ll be great! A friend, Bob Zimmerman”
Jerry Von Feldt’s family owned Collier’s BBQ, a bar and restaurant that hosted afternoon jam sessions for local musicians.

1973
“A one-page, 8 1/2 x 6 inch autograph manuscript in black Flair pen by Bob Dylan from 1973 has come to market. Any Dylan material that finds its way into commerce is precious and highly desirable, and this piece, possessing a typically enigmatic, absurdist and surreal inscription and drawing, is no exception. Offered by Rulon-Miller Books, the asking price is $12,500.
The inscription to an unknown party reads: Proud of You. You never sniffed drainpipes but you have a good grasp of the Alphabet – Highway 51 is not your road. Bob Dylan 1973. To the left of his signature Dylan has drawn the rear end of an automobile with gross tailpipe trumpeting exhaust.”

“Landing Card for Robert Dylan when he arrived in the United Kingdom for his 2005 U.K. tour on his private jet. The card has all the personal information on it filled out by Dylan himself.”
Government officials are prone to cash in on celebrities and the first seller in the chain often sells cheaply as they could lose their job. Later sellers tend to show the more normal rabid greed of the autograph racket.
Bob Dylan Single-Autographed Baseball.
“The medium being a Rawlings leather baseball is certainly not a typical place to find Bob Dylan’s signature. Bob Dylan penned his signature in blue ballpoint on a side panel. The baseball displays some light use and is evenly toned.”

It would seem safe to assume that the official autographed Shadows In The Night (2015) provides an authentic example of a Bob Dylan signature.

2015 San Antonio“Before the show on the 7th, Bob was walking about San Antonio and ran into a young guy shadow boxing. They start talking, Bob says he used to box but was never any good. After a while talking about boxing, Bob asks him if he wants to go to a show that night. The kid says ‘ok, but are you going to be there?’, obviously having no clue who this old guy was. Bob, obviously tickled, says ‘yeah I’m going to be on the stage!’. The young boxer goes to the box office where there’s two tickets and a note from Bob.”Chris Garcia went to the Majestic Theatre
