Travis Scott, whose real name is Jacques Webster II, was born on April 30, 1992, in Houston, Texas, USA. He grew up in a middle-class suburban neighborhood in Missouri City, a suburb of Houston. Travis had a passion for music from a young age, and his interest in hip-hop and rap began to develop during his high school years.
Travis Scott attended Elkins High School, where he started producing beats and making music. He formed a rap group called The Classmates with some friends, but their collaboration was short-lived. After high school, Travis moved to New York City to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) for a brief period before dropping out to pursue his music career.
